Florida Child Support Estimator

Estimate Florida guideline child support using the parents’ monthly net incomes, annual overnights, and recurring child-related costs.

This is an educational estimate, not an official court worksheet.
Children, Income and Overnights

Use the same Parent A and Parent B designations throughout. This estimator assumes every child follows the same time-sharing schedule.

For more than six children, a case-specific calculation is required.
Use statutory net income under Fla. Stat. § 61.30, not simply paycheck take-home pay.
Include all qualifying income and subtract only deductions allowed by statute.
Enter a whole number from 0 to 365. Parent B receives the remaining overnights.
Parent B overnights: 365
Monthly Child-Related Costs

These fields are optional. Enter only recurring costs for the children in this case and identify which parent pays them directly.

Work-related childcare Childcare related to employment, job search, or qualifying education.
Children’s health insurance Use only the incremental monthly cost to cover the children, not a parent’s own coverage.

The calculator itself does not submit or store the financial values entered here.
