Important disclaimer: This estimator is for general educational purposes only. It is not the official Florida Child Support Guidelines Worksheet, does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not predict a court’s ruling. A court may vary from the guideline amount based on statutory factors and appropriate findings.
This tool assumes all children share one time-sharing schedule and that the entered net incomes and monthly costs are accurate. It does not calculate cases with combined monthly net income below $800; different schedules for different children; dependent-adult support; imputed income; Social Security dependent-benefit credits; public assistance; seasonal or fluctuating income; extraordinary expenses; tax effects; the 55% gross-income deviation factor; retroactive support; arrears; or other statutory deviations.
For combined income between the $50 increments in the statutory schedule, this estimator uses linear interpolation. Legal framework reviewed August 3, 2026. Sources: Fla. Stat. § 61.30 and the Florida Child Support Guidelines Worksheet, Form 12.902(e).
